Passengers on Tui river cruises have expressed dissatisfaction after their itineraries were altered, resulting in extensive coach travel instead of river cruising. Complaints have emerged regarding the lack of refunds and the overall experience, which many feel did not match their expectations for a river cruise.
Passengers should monitor Tui's response to complaints and any potential policy changes regarding refunds. Future travelers may want to inquire about current water levels and itinerary flexibility before booking to avoid similar frustrations.
