Swansea City has received positive news regarding centre-back Stephen Welsh, who has been cleared of serious knee injury following a challenge during a recent match. This development means he could potentially participate in the upcoming game against Birmingham City.
In addition to Welsh's situation, wingers Moussa Yeo and Eom Jisung are set to return, while midfielder Stephen Eustaquio and Melker Widell remain sidelined due to injuries. Swansea's head coach Vitor Matos acknowledged the challenges posed by player injuries but remains optimistic about managing the squad effectively.
