Shein is set to debut on the Hong Kong stock market on September 1, aiming to raise up to HK$13.86 billion (approximately $1.77 billion) by offering nearly 280 million shares priced between HK$47.60 and HK$49.50. This valuation of nearly $27 billion is significantly lower than the $100 billion reached during a private fundraising round in 2022, attributed to declining sales growth and increased costs.
