Despite the boost, three-quarters of surveyed businesses identified high taxes, particularly VAT, as a significant barrier to growth. Calls for reduced VAT and broader tax reforms are growing, with over 330,000 signatures on a petition advocating for a decrease from 20% to 10% in the hospitality sector.
