Nottingham Forest secured a 3-1 victory over Manchester City, marking City's third consecutive loss in the Premier League. This defeat leaves City six points behind league leaders Arsenal, as they struggle to maintain their early-season momentum after a strong start.
Liam Delap, a former City player, scored twice for Forest, helping the team escape the relegation zone. This match highlights a significant shift in form for both teams, with Forest showing potential for improvement under new management, while City faces challenges amid ongoing Premier League charges.
Watch for Nottingham Forest's potential resurgence as they build on this victory, especially with Delap's emerging form. Meanwhile, Manchester City must address their defensive vulnerabilities and regain focus to avoid further slipping in the title race.
