Manchester United suffered a heavy defeat against Bournemouth, raising questions about manager Michael Carrick's future. The team, now just above the relegation zone, displayed a lack of cohesion and confidence, with Bruno Fernandes's absence noted as a significant factor in their performance. Goals from Bournemouth's Rayan, Marcus Tavernier, and Evanilson sealed United's fate in this match.
The defeat marks the fourth consecutive loss for United, with their last victory dating back to September. The internal strife within the club, highlighted by Fernandes's public criticism of Carrick, adds to the uncertainty surrounding the team's direction and the manager's position, as speculation grows about potential replacements.
