Gabriel Brown has been sentenced to 23 years in prison for the murder of Joseph Ernest Johnston, whom he stabbed 22 times in a violent attack. Brown, who claimed to be possessed by occultist Aleister Crowley, also set fire to Johnston's home and consumed part of his victim's finger. The incident occurred after Brown was allegedly influenced by derogatory remarks about Johnston made by his stepmother.
