Abdullah Albadri has been sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum of 20 years for attempting to break into the Israeli embassy in London while armed with two knives. The incident occurred on April 28, 2025, shortly after Albadri arrived in the UK on a small boat, having previously sought asylum in 2021.
During his trial, it was revealed that Albadri was motivated by the ongoing conflict in Gaza. He was apprehended by police as he attempted to scale a fence at the embassy, carrying a handwritten note expressing his intent to commit violence.
