Ayman Al-Shammari, 28, was found guilty of rape by a jury at Bristol Crown Court after a mobile phone recording captured the victim saying 'no' during the incident. The court heard that while the two initially engaged in consensual sex, Al-Shammari did not stop when the woman expressed discomfort and asked him to cease.
