A 36-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder related to the shooting deaths of Junior Ajose and Cheriff Tall over six years ago. The suspect was detained in Turkey and returned to England, where he is currently in custody, according to Greater Manchester Police (GMP).
The two victims were shot in a car park off Caythorne Street, with an estimated 300 to 400 people present at the time. GMP continues to seek information regarding the incident and has offered a £50,000 reward for details leading to a conviction.
