In his response, Prosser denied any conspiracy to harm Apple but acknowledged recording a FaceTime call that revealed unreleased iOS features. He also stated that he shared revenue from his videos with the individual who provided the information.
Apple's lawsuit claims that Prosser and the other defendant coordinated to access confidential information from an Apple employee's device. Prosser contends that he was unaware of the methods used to obtain the information and asserts that the other defendant is solely responsible for the alleged breach of trade secrets.
