Ethiopia and Djibouti have partnered with Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote to construct a $660 million petroleum pipeline. This 120-kilometer pipeline will connect Djibouti's Damerjog port to a distribution facility in Dewele, Ethiopia, significantly reducing fuel transport time from five days to one.
