Cole Palmer's potential inclusion in England's squad for the upcoming Nations League matches against Croatia and Spain is under scrutiny. The Chelsea forward has had a strong start to the season, contributing five goals and three assists, but concerns about his fitness and availability have been raised by manager Thomas Tuchel, who noted Palmer's missed opportunities to represent the national team.
Despite Palmer's impressive statistics, competition for the number 10 role is fierce, with players like Jude Bellingham and Morgan Gibbs-White also vying for a spot. Tuchel's frustrations regarding Palmer's commitment to international duty may influence the final selection.
