The collaboration comes in response to a challenging summer for food safety, marked by over 12,800 illnesses linked to foodborne outbreaks. Palantir's expertise in food and beverage sectors, alongside its existing contracts with major companies, highlights the growing importance of data-driven solutions in ensuring food safety.
