A man in his 60s has been arrested in Thetford for allegedly sharing addresses of asylum seekers, leading to property damage during anti-immigration protests. He is suspected of assisting an offender and inciting racial hatred, and has been released on bail pending further investigation.
The properties targeted were reportedly used by Serco for housing migrants. Police are looking into how sensitive information was disseminated, and the occupants have been relocated for safety. A total of 19 arrests have been made related to the protests.
