Adele Zaikman announced she will not perform in the upcoming Disney-themed episode of Dancing With the Stars due to illness. The 25-year-old dancer expressed her disappointment on social media, emphasizing her need to focus on recovery while sending support to her fellow competitors.
Despite her absence, other eliminated pros will participate in the live episode, which has been rescheduled to air on Monday instead of the usual Tuesday slot due to the midterm elections. Zaikman has also recently formed a romantic relationship with fellow contestant Allen Genkin.
Adele's absence opens the door for other eliminated pros to shine in the Disney-themed episode. Fans should watch for how the dynamics shift among the competitors and whether Zaikman's recovery impacts her relationship with Allen Genkin as the season progresses.
