British rapper Yung Filly, also known as Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, will undergo a retrial concerning three rape charges in Australia. A jury previously acquitted him of several sexual assault charges but could not reach a verdict on the remaining counts. He has denied all allegations against him.
The case stems from an incident in 2024 involving a fan after a nightclub performance in Perth. While he was found guilty of two counts of assault occasioning bodily harm, sentencing will occur after the retrial, with his next court appearance scheduled for August 27.
