OceanEye, which has a budget of €92 million, seeks to create a real-time digital model of the ocean by 2030. The initiative will enhance data sharing between the UK, EU, and Canada, addressing critical gaps in ocean monitoring that are essential for climate prediction, national security, and marine protection.
