Tropical Storm Isaias has formed off the eastern coast of Mexico and is projected to become the first hurricane of the Atlantic season. Currently, it has maximum sustained winds of 40 mph and is moving towards the US Gulf coast, with potential landfall between eastern Louisiana and the western Florida Panhandle later this week.
