Police report that thieves have stolen more than 800 barrels of Guinness from a depot in Runcorn, Cheshire. The theft involved two HGV trailers, with the first stolen around 19:45 BST and the second shortly after at 21:30. The total estimated value of the stolen goods, including the trailers, is approximately £205,000.
Authorities describe the trailers as white tri-axle curtain side models branded with logistics company GXO. Police are investigating the incident and have provided descriptions of the suspects and the direction in which the stolen vehicles were last seen.
