Barack Obama campaigned in Ohio, supporting Democratic candidates Amy Acton and Sherrod Brown while criticizing the Trump administration's handling of the economy and foreign policy. He emphasized the importance of the upcoming midterm elections as a chance to hold the current administration accountable.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump voted early in Florida and planned a rally in Georgia for Republican candidates. The midterms, set for November 3, will determine control of Congress, making these campaign efforts crucial for both parties as they seek to influence voter sentiment on key issues like inflation and governance.
