Nvidia has released a new GPU driver (621.01) that incorporates Microsoft's Advanced Shader Delivery technology, aimed at improving game launch speeds and overall performance. This technology eliminates mid-game shader compilation, which can cause stuttering and CPU spikes, by utilizing cloud resources for shader compilation across various hardware configurations.
Games like Gears of War: E-Day and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 now support this feature, enhancing user experience by reducing loading times and improving gameplay fluidity. The system is compatible with multiple storefronts, provided the Xbox PC app is installed.
