At the recent Windows and Surface event, Microsoft unveiled an upgrade to its Copilot AI system, allowing it to access local files on Windows PCs and perform actions across the operating system. This enhancement is part of Microsoft's 'Hybrid Intelligence' initiative, which combines local and cloud AI models for improved task efficiency.
Watch for the rollout of Copilot's local file access in the coming months, which could streamline workflows significantly. The integration of Hybrid Intelligence may redefine user interactions with Windows, making everyday tasks like tax filing more efficient.
