James Desborough has been found guilty of murdering two men, Claudio Aquilino and Daniel Coleman, whose remains were discovered in woodland near his home in Cornwall. The court heard that Desborough had dismembered and attempted to burn their bodies, using their bank cards after their deaths. He received a whole life sentence without the possibility of parole.
Both victims had faced significant personal struggles, including addiction and trauma, and were last seen alive in Desborough's company. Authorities are also reviewing four unexplained deaths at a homeless shelter where Desborough had previously stayed, raising concerns about the safety of vulnerable individuals in similar situations.
