Miliband's remarks highlight concerns over Israel's recent plans to construct 1,200 settlement homes in the E1 area, which could disrupt the viability of a future Palestinian state. UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham echoed these concerns, suggesting that such actions could jeopardize the two-state solution.
