Fraser Garden has been sentenced to 13-and-a-half years in prison for causing the death of 74-year-old John Bell in Broughty Ferry. The incident occurred when Garden, a disqualified driver with a history of offenses, crashed a stolen Maserati into Bell's garden while driving nearly three times the speed limit.
