Bill Lewis, a performer at Disneyland since 1992, has filed a lawsuit against Disney, alleging age discrimination and blackballing. He claims that after the park's reopening in April 2021, he was replaced by younger musicians and that his work hours drastically decreased, impacting his eligibility for benefits.
Lewis also contends that he was unfairly accused of making inappropriate comments about a park director's sexual orientation, which he denies. He is seeking damages and attorney fees as he prepares to retire in March 2026.
