St John's Shopping Centre in Liverpool has embraced sustainability by installing beehives on its rooftop. Since 2021, the centre has housed three hives, which now support around 180,000 bees during peak summer months. This year, the bees produced enough honey for 150 jars, with local school children participating in the label design.
